POlittle is here and he is extremly hugable. As I wrote before (
previous post) he was inspired on a little plush from the KUNG FU PANDA 2 movie. He appears on screen only for a few seconds, but it was long enough for me to decide I am going to make him.
It was quite hard to decide on colours, usually pandas are made from black and white yarn (except for zombie pandas :) but I wanted my panda to look old and a little worn-out. I decided to use two shades of grey ( only two, not 50 ) and a bit of black yarn for nose. Well, I am pleased with his shape and general look but the light grey isn't my favorite. I think next time I'm going to look for a way to use white yarn and make it look dirty without really making it dirty. Anyone tried it? Is it worth the effort?
Anyway I am very proud couse he wasn't as easy shaped as I thought and I hope someone will make a good use of the pattern below. Enjoy!
Materials:
- light grey, dark grey, black yarn ( I used YarnArt Jeans)
- 3mm hook
