This cute crochet Hamster is around 21 cm (8.3 inches) when finished. I made it for my 6 yo son who is the biggest Hamster fan I have ever seen (Don’t ask me why… I seriously don’t know… He is also terribly afraid of squirrels J ) I am waiting for a day he will tell me he wants a real hamster (or two, or three) but for now I managed to distract him with this cute crochet hamster plushie.

Super wings

Krawka: Superwings robot plane crochet pattern by Krawka airplane Jett transformers

My middle boy loves the Superwings animated series. He was asking me to make Jett for a long time. He is 3 now, but he was very specific in his expectations – the plush had to transform from plane into a robot and back, I was thinking a long time how in heck am I going to do that... And the simplest solution came into my mind I made a long chain string near the tail that holds the robot’s legs when he doesn’t need them. My son is in love with his new plush, he is running around shouting ‘Transformation’ and hiding those legs back and forth :).

Favorite plumber of all times now in crochet plush version. Mario, when finished, is 33 (almost 13 inches) cm height. I grew up playing Mario on my GameBoy – it was my favorite and only game I had J Now Mario is back in cartoons my son is watching and although nowadays the choice of cartoons and games is enormous Mario still found his way to my sons heart and I hope you will enjoy this plush as much as he does.

Baby Tiger Rajah - Etsy pattern

New pattern at my etsy shop:

Rajah the baby tiger was inspired on the tiger character from my favorite Disney movie Aladdin.
When I was little it was the only Disney movie I ve has on VHS and I watched like maybe 100 times - seriously I've watched it every day :) My favorite scene was when Rajah was changed into a little tiger by Jafar. Oh how I wanted to have my own baby tiger... and now I can, and You too.

Tiger when finished is almost 40 cm (15,7 inches) from the front paws to the end of back legs.

POlittle - little PO part 2

Little PO - Crochet Po's plush from Kung Fu Panda 2. Free Pattern on krawka.blogspot.com

POlittle is here and he is extremly hugable. As I wrote before ( previous post) he was inspired on a little plush from the KUNG FU PANDA 2 movie. He appears on screen only for a few seconds, but it was long enough for me to decide I am going to make him.

It was quite hard to decide on colours, usually pandas are made from black and white yarn (except for zombie pandas :) but I wanted my panda to look old and a little worn-out. I decided to use two shades of grey ( only two, not 50 ) and a bit of black yarn for nose. Well, I am pleased with his shape and general look but the light grey isn't my favorite. I think next time I'm going to look for a way to use white yarn and make it look dirty without really making it dirty. Anyone tried it? Is it worth the effort?

Anyway I am very proud couse he wasn't as easy shaped as I thought and I hope someone will make a good use of the pattern below. Enjoy!

Materials:

  • light grey, dark grey, black yarn ( I used YarnArt Jeans)
  • 3mm hook
  • stuffing ( I used cotton wool)
