Halloween Coasters - Spirit

Halloween Coasters - Spirit. He is making a cute set with ghost, they are not the same but kind of opposite to each other. I love his little wings, I need to confess I made them differently and change them a few times until I made THE ones. Pattern is very simple even for the beginners ( same as vampire and all of my Halloween Coasters to be honest).

Materials:

• grey, white, black yarn ( I use the yarn which gauge is 24.0 to 30.0 sts = 4 inches )
• a bit of white material for reflections in the eyes.

Pattern:

Eyes - make 2

black yarn

R1: 6 sc in MR, ss in first sc you made to fasten the circle (6) FO

Ears - make 2

grey yarn

R1: 5 ch (5)

R2: ss in 2-nd ch, sc, hdc, dc

Triangular hands/legs? - make 2

grey yarn

R1: 7 ch (7)

R2: ss in 2-nd, sc, hdc, dc 3 (6)

R3: TURN 1 ch, sc in 2-nd, ss FO

Right Wing

black yarn

R1: 6 sc in MR (6)

R2: inc 5, 6 ch, sc 5 in chains starting from 2-nd one, ss, 4 ch, sc 3 in chains starting from 2-nd one, sc, ss FO


Left Wing

black yarn

R1: 6 sc in MR (6)

R2: inc 5, 4 ch, sc 3 in chains starting from 2-nd one, ss, 6 ch, sc 5 in chains starting from 2-nd one, sc, ss FO

Start by cutting small dots from white material and sewing them to the eyes. Sew mouth, then eyes, ears and legs/hands. RI sew wings a little lower than eyes line.
