Easter egg cozies - Hens.

One of the first warmers that I made for my friend and her unmarried partner: D.

Materiały (Materials):

• yellow, orange, white, red, brown yarn ( I use the yarn which gauge is 24.0 to 30.0 sts = 4 inches/10 cm )
• 3 mm hook

Pattern:

Eye :

white yarn

R1: 6 sc in MR (6)

R2: inc around (12)

R3: sc around (12) FO

When eye base is finished use black thread and sew pupils in the middle of the eye


Beak:

yellow yarn

R1: 6 sc in MR (6)

R2: sc around (6)

R3: * inc, sc 1 * X3 (9)

R4: sc around (9) FO


The thingies under the beak - make 2 for each hen:

red or orange yarn

R1: 5 chains (5)

R2: in second chain from the hook ss, ss, sc 1, 3 sc

working on the other side of the chain, starting in the fourth chain of chain from the round 1:

R3: sc, ss 2 FO


Cockscomb - 3 for each one

red or orange yarn

R1: 6 sc in MR (6)

R2: sc around (6) FO



Legs - Make 2 for each hen

yellow yarn

R1: 8 ch, inc - in 2-nd chain, ss, 2 ch, inc in 2-nd ch, ss in same ss marked red, 2 ch, inc in 2-nd ch, ss in red ss, 4sc in the chains from the beginning. .
