As Sandra pointed out to me there are patterns for each applique except for the whale, so I promised to post the pattern as soon as I could.

Materials:
- blue, dark blue and white yarn ( I use the yarn which gauge is 24.0 to 30.0 sts = 4 inches )
- hook 3 mm
- white and black material for the eyes
Pattern:
Tale -make 1
dark blue yarn:
R1: 4 ch (4)
R2: ss in 2-nd ch, sc, sc and ss in last ch (4)
R3: 4 ch (4)
R4: ss in 2-nd ch, sc, sc and ss in last ch (4) FO
Body - make 1
dark blue yarn: (white will be needed later on)
R1: 6 sc in MR (6)
R2: inc around (12)
R3: * sc, inc * X6 (18)
R4: * sc 2, inc * X6 (24)
R5: * sc 3, inc * X6, 4 ch, ss in 2-nd ch from hook, sc 2 in chain, sc in base circle, ss FO dark blue
symlink white yarn at the end of tail/chain you made
R6: ss 3, sc 3, hdc 5, sc, ss FO
Water splash - make 1
light blue yarn
R1: 7 ch (7)
R2: 2 dc in 3-rd ch from hook, hdc, sc 2, ss (6)
R3: 4 ch (4)
R4: hdc in 2-nd ch, sc ss (3) FO
Now from black and white materials cut eyes and pupils, You can also make a black circle for under the water splash.
R2: ss in 2-nd ch, sc, sc and ss in last ch (4)

R4: ss in 2-nd ch, sc, sc and ss in last ch (4) FO
