• 3 mm hook

R4: * sc 2, inc * X6 (24)

R5, R6, R7: sc around (24)

R8: * sc 5, inc * X4 (28)

R9: sc around FO

change to red yarn

R10: * sc 13, inc * X2 (30)

R11: sc around

R12: * sc 4, inc * X6 (36)

R13: sc around (36)

R14: sc around  (36) FO

Minnie Base:

black yarn

R2: inc around (12)

change to white yarn

Kokarda (Bow):

R1: 18 ch (18)

work in 1-st chain from R1 creating a circle

R2: R3: R4: sc around (18)

at the end wrap yarn few times in the middle and tie forming a bow
